With excellent caregiver to resident ratio, Autumn Days Care Home offers superb, individualized care 24 hours per day, in a beautiful home-like environment conducive to healing and comfort. Our caregivers are compassionate, experienced, and competent. Our home offers five private bedrooms with en-suite half baths, daily home cooked meals, and snacks, a library of classical and modern literature, and daily activities such as music, book readings, walks, gardening, painting, and social hour. Besides assistance with Activities of Daily Living, some of the other services we provide at Autumn Days Care Home are: Individualized meal preparation Individualized medical care Individualized activities Medication Assistance Rehabilitation support Memory Care Diabetic care Wound Care Oxygen Support Urostomy/Colostomy Palliative/Hospice We have a registered nurse and medical doctor on call 24 hours per day, for the peace of mind of our residents and their families.
