Big Elm is unique in that it offers a full continuum of care. The campus is comprised of an 80-bed Independent Assisted Living Center and a 50-bed Skilled Nursing Center. Having both facilites on one campus allows us to ensure a smooth transition for your loved one if changes in care needs ever arise.
