On May 1st 2011, Blessed Homes opened our first Residential Care Facility. We are committed to providing quality 24 hour care services to our elderly, veterans and disabled. It was a spiritual calling of the two Registered Nurses to establish a home care agency and also a 11 bed facility for the elderly and disabled. Our staff is comprised of a director, manager, Social Worker, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants, full time Cook and Activities Director. Presently, we have five board members, and two executive board members with various occupational backgrounds. Blessed Homes wants to develop our organization to gain profitability, productivity, morale and quality of work. Our Vision Our long term goal is to open several mini homes throughout the Kansas City Area that provide 24 hour care. With these homes we will give our residents a home feeling and an alternative to large nursing homes. We Provide: Twenty-four hour Supervision, Meals and Snacks, Personal and Light house keeping services, Medication Management, Social Activities, Community Resources, Resident Advocacy, as well as Laundry Services. Mission Statement The Blessed Homes mission is to expand throughout the Kansas City Area, creating a gateway to provide alternative care besides nursing home placement. Blessed Homes is committed to improving the elderly and disabled individuals quality of life, by providing them with support and care, and Blessed Homes believes that every Resident is valuable and worthy of opportunities to promote fulfillment. Blessed Homes believes in getting individuals acclimated back into the community. Healthcare needs are in collaboration with their Families, Guardians, Doctors and Nursing Staff. We ensure that our staff and nurses are equipped with proper skills so that they may provide the highest quality of care. We seek guidance from our Heavenly Father as He guides us to impact the lives of elderly and disabled individuals. Show All
