Capitol City proudly offers Resident Centered Care as part of its Spark Rehab Program. This program focuses on providing Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapies in coordination with our skilled nursing care. Our goal is return our patients to their highest level of independence as quickly and seamlessly as possible. We are also sensitive to the needs of those we care for.
