Our independent living is designed for seniors who want to pursue new adventures and lifelong interests in an energetic, social environment. People are drawn here by the beauty of our setting, but they stay for and thrive in the vibrancy of the campus—and, of course, access to everything that makes Boulder special. We offer a wide range of comfortable apartments with different floor plans, many with panoramic views of the Flatirons in our independent living buildings, The Peaks and The Prairies. Our colorful gardens, private courtyards, and exceptional breadth of services and amenities are the envy of seniors along the Front Range. Residents enter a membership agreement to move into Frasier’s independent living community. As members, residents enjoy many privileges, including use of campus facilities, services and onsite healthcare. Membership also includes priority admission to The Meadows Assisted Living (which houses our assisted living and memory support communities) and long-term care/ skilled nursing care at The Summit Care Center at Frasier.
