Our staff members emulate the enthusiasm of the Zeeland community and bring the town’s family-oriented warmth to our residents. Our home-like environment is welcoming and invites activity with family and friends. A few blocks from downtown Zeeland, residents of Heritage are able to be part of the city’s events and programs. Our staff members design activities that fit our residents’ needs, interests and hobbies while maintaining and promoting the highest level of independence. Visits to the local library, farmers’ market, ice cream shop, specialty stores and restaurants are part of our residents’ social life. Heritage is a 49-bed family-centered community in a quiet, residential district of Zeeland. Our T-shaped building keeps everyone closely connected. Our nurses’ station is located in the heart of our community. From this central point, our staff members can see all of the resident rooms and respond to requests with ease. Show All
