Memory Care is a specialized type of service that lovingly addresses individuals with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and other types of memory issues. Residents receive round-the-clock care that supports their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Before a resident moves into our community, customized assessments are completed so individual care plans can be created. A reassessment is completed at thirty days to ensure we consider any transition concerns. Afterward, quarterly assessments are completed. In addition to the Medical Director, our community is staffed by highly trained nurses and certified caregivers. Our medications are managed and administered by certified Medication Technicians.
