Our philosophy is simple: to provide a complete continuum of care, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, assisted living, hospice care and outpatient therapy. Liberty Commons is easily accessible from Wrightsville Beach, Landfall and Mayfaire. Our professional and compassionate staff offer planned care that is patient-focused. Best known for our excellent orthopedic rehabilitation program, patients have access to our state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment, including weight bearing equipment, an Activities of Daily Living Suite and other pieces that allow for a robust physical and occupational therapy session. Liberty Commons provides speech therapy and SAEBO, which is key equipment for the treatment of a stroke.
