The intent of our rehabilitation program is to offer opportunity to the residents to gain more independence and work to return to the community. We offer a life skills program, an in house vocational program, and individual skills program. The individual skills program includes daily living skills as well as ongoing care of the resident’s room. At Lincoln Care and Rehab, making a difference in the lives of those we serve is our mission. Our highly trained registered and licensed practical nurses provide on-site psychiatric services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in a safe, secure environment. By offering exceptional mental health and psychiatric care in a safe and structured environment, we can help you or someone you care for gain the skills needed to be as independent as possible.
