The Healthcare Households at Meadowlark Hills are designed to offer freedom, privacy, and connectivity to residents who need a skilled nursing facility with 24-hour nursing care. Our Household Model is nationally recognized. Long-term care residents live in small households of 12-24 people who share meals, activities, and living spaces together. Each household has a small team of dedicated staff — lead by a household coordinator and a clinical coordinator — so the residents and staff grow to know one another. Each household is set up like an independent home, with a front door and doorbell, living room, dining room, baths, and bedrooms.
