We are conveniently located just minutes away from the areas two major hospitals, Central Maine Medial Center and St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center. The spectrum of care at Montello ranges from providing short term rehabilitation for residents recovering from a recent illness or injury, to meeting long term care needs of residents who require a more permanent living situation. Montello Manor has a long history of providing successful rehabilitation to residents after acute illnesses. We offer physical, occupational and speech therapy in house and our dedicated therapy staff coordinates their plan of care with the nursing plan of care to achieve maximum results. We offer a warm and friendly homelike atmosphere with a variety of social activities for our resident’s enjoyment. For the health and well being of our staff, residents and families, Montello offers a smoke free environment. We would be happy to offer assistance with smoking cessation for any resident in need. The safety of our residents is of great importance to Montello, however we are unable to provide a locked environment / unit at this time. Our goal is to create a multidisciplinary team environment staffed with dedicated caring professionals who work together to successfully meet the individualized needs and goals of our residents and families.
