The Parkview campus is a community where seniors can thrive in an active, vibrant community. The Parkview campus is located in the Village of Caledonia near the intersection of Douglas Ave. (Route 32) and 4 Mile Road. Our senior campus is conveniently adjacent to two medical clinics and a shopping center that includes a grocery store, restaurants, banks, and much more. Parkview I, II, and III offer one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments for independent seniors who desire comfort and the convenience of controlled-access entry, while still remaining involved in the local community. The Parkview offers attractive amenities at an affordable price. Campus Amenities & Features: Heated, underground parking, private road system, handicap-accessible vans, walking paths, water features, grandchildren’s playground.
