Residents who have suffered from conditions such as a stroke, diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or congestive heart failure (CHF) find excellent care at our Medicare certified skilled nursing facility, approved for Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS) residents. When residents require more complex clinical care than assisted living can provide, they receive excellent care in skilled, rehab, long-term, and dementia neighborhoods. That’s one of the great advantages of Glencroft. Our evolving levels of care mean that residents can stay with us through the years, as they journey from independent living, to assisted living, to long-term care.
