Our mission is to ensure everyone feels welcome and at home during their stay. Rose Haven is a skilled, long-term care facility devoted to providing the care you or your loved one needs. On the same property, and connected to Rose Haven is The Lodge on Lafayette. The Lodge is a 10 unit independent living facility. This allows our residents to reside on the same property for different level of care needs. A privately owned facility Rose Haven encompasses nearly a full city block. Built in 1964, Rose Haven went under new ownership in January of 2016. Since this purchase Rose Haven has undergone many upgrades and remodels including a beautiful, new whirlpool room.
