If so, residents can transition seamlessly into our healthcare community and continue to receive just the right level of care and services, from 24-hour skilled nursing and long-term care to outpatient therapy or personalized memory support in our Auguste’s Cottage. Our residents have peace of mind knowing that as their needs change, they can continue to call Rosewalk their home! As needs change, residents can transition to our healthcare community for added peace of mind knowing that skilled nursing, long term care and memory support services are available.
