Individualized personal assistance with activities of daily living are determined through a series of assessments by one's physician and our registered nurse with additional clinical support. Reassessments are conducted on an as-needed basis and semi-annually. The convenience of living in a continuum of care offers quick attention to one's change in condition and the ability to provide necessary services for an individual to stay at their highest functioning level. Private studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments are offered for residents who wish to maintain their highest level of independence within this supportive and caring environment.
