We can accommodate up to eight residents in either private or semi-private rooms. Our Colorado Springs Assisted Living Lower Level Floor Plan features four bedrooms for six or seven residents and a 30′ living room. The Upper Level Floor includes the private living space of our Executive Director and homeowners, Kristine and Craig Frese, as well as an additional room for residents who are less ambulatory. Our home has undergone substantial improvements and enhancements over a number of years, including recent fire safety upgrades to meet regulatory requirements and provide the safest possible atmosphere for our residents.
