Our 150 bed facility promotes the highest level of care and quality of life to guests who are with us for short-term respite, rehabilitation or hospice care or for extended stays. Laurel Health Care Company is very pleased to invest in the local community by improving the amenities for our guest. The Laurel Health Care Company purchased the former Heath Nursing Care Center in July of 2018. Our in-house therapists are available seven days a week, for our guests’ convenience, and our staff will help you recover from surgery, an injury or an illness as quickly as possible. Our premier respiratory program is overseen by our Pulmonologist provides care for those guests that are ventilator dependent. We can even do a home evaluation prior to your discharge to identify the services and equipment you will need for a successful homecoming.
