Certified and rated five stars by Medicare, our health care center offers comprehensive and professional nursing services for both temporary and extended stays. The Center offers both semi-private and private accommodations. To contact the Meadows, please call 908-979-8989, It is located at 451 Schooley's Mountain Road in Hackettstown, New Jersey 07840. Extensive rehabilitation services are available on-site. All residents, as well as members of the community-at-large can avail themselves of our premier rehabilitation and nursing programs. The Meadows offers four long-term households and two sub-acute/short-term ones. EVERY resident has their own private bedroom. We strive to provide a home-like atmosphere, and have embraced a wonderful enrichment program that incorporates bringing the "out of doors" inside. For our residents, this means the joy of cuddling with a soft puppy, listening to songbirds, sharing a smile with a small child or marveling at the beauty of living plants and flowers -- the benefits are endless! Our caring nursing staff promotes a program of restorative nursing designed to develop each person's potential for a maximum level of independence. A dedicated staff of activity professionals enhances nursing care with a program designed to promote interest and enjoyment.
