Thomson-Hood is the largest facility operated by the Kentucky Department of Veterans Affairs. Thomson-Hood, along with it's sister facilities in Hazard and Hanson, forms KDVA's Office of Kentucky Veterans Centers. By providing skilled nursing care and rehabilitation, Thomson-Hood is dedicated to promoting and maintaining excellence in the care of Kentucky Veterans.
