Valley Manor admits residents 24 hours a day 7 day a week. Our home creates a safe, clean, comfortable environment to make your stay with us feel like your home away from home. Valley Manor and Rehabilitation Center is proud to announce that they had a 2018, 2019 and 2020 Nursing Deficiency Free State Survey. Valley Manor is a FIVE star facility. Come on over and tour Valley Manor and Rehabilitation Center so we can show you our home and meet our family. 11/27/21 Valley Manor is open for visits at anytime of the day. No appointments are needed. We do ask that you practice social distancing and that you wear a mask at all times when in the building. Valley Manor has one staff member that has tested positive for COVID 19. We will remain open and visits will be conducted as usual we just ask that you are making sure to wash your hands or hand sanitize coming into the facility, going into the visit and exiting the visit. Please adhere to all the mask requirements and stay in the room at all times for your protection as well as others.
