With a warm and inviting family-like atmosphere, there is no wonder as to why the Village Care Center received a perfect state survey and a 5-star rating, as well as, the (QAPI) Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement Advanced Distinction Award by Healthstream. Services at this campus include Short-term Rehab, Independent Living, Skilled Nursing, Long-term Care and Memory Care. We have a compassionate and caring staff who provide a loving environment for out residents living with Alzheimer’s and/or dementia.
